BONNY SCOTLAND & THE NORTH
The past couple of weeks have been dedicated to this lovely country I now call home, the UK of course!

We’ve just launched Belvedere Bloody Mary + Belvedere Unfiltered over here and, lucky me, many of my trainings have been in conjunction with some delicious brunches. In Manchester we were hosted by the one and only, Nate Booker at Epernay, followed by Sky Bar in Leeds, where the ever charming Simon Douglas was always there to lend a hand. At The Northern Restaurant and Bar Show I gave a seminar about the history of the Bloody Mary with Tom Sneesby, of the The Liquorists, there to provide a colorful introduction ;) The bacon sandwiches should be arriving any time now! Thanks to Alex, Penny, Fiona, and Antony for organizing a great couple of days.

And today was spent even further North, in chilly, but ever lovely, Glasgow. We kicked off at The Blythswood, followed by a couple of tastings at Sugarcube and Bamboo. Thanks to Maya and Rachel for a great day, and to all of the bartenders I met for their enthusiasm and passion for the brand.

Tomorrow it’s off to Edinburgh, where no visit would be complete without a stop at The Bon Vivant to see the inimitable Stu McCluskey!
